Purpose of the article: the main objective of this research to study the technological advancement effect on customer engagement management. Several studies revealed that customer engagement have positive and negative effects for both the online platforms and the customers.
Literature Review: The theory, empirical review, and assessment of previous research are all covered in this chapter. It examines previous studies on technological advances of customer engagement. This section also provides the entire study relative scale.
Methods: The methodology of this study is quantitative. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods. This data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study's sample size is Open-ended and closed-ended items were included in the surveys. This samples were selected employing quantitative approach since it allows scientists to collect fundamental patterns from data about their studies.
