Abstract

The parametric instability of ferroelectric semiconductor quantum plasma materials has been investigated using the QHD model. We offer an analysis on how materials in semiconductor plasma's piezoelectric and ferroelectric characteristics are compared. It has been discovered how the materials' low and high temperatures, dielectric constant, growth rate, and frequency affect them. Analysis of the dielectric and ferroelectric characteristics of BaTiO3 are thorough. This article explains the several ways piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials may be used in quantum plasma. The findings of this investigation are reviewed, and the characteristics of several semiconductor quantum plasma materials are contrasted.
