Abstract

In the reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, how international cooperation and exchanges can serve as a supplementary wing for the survival, development and winning of competition of the institute is what our institute continues to explore and an aspect of practice. Shenyang Institute of Automation really took steps to carry out international cooperation in 1985. From 1985 to the present, the institute's scientific and technological cooperation and exchange work has gone through two stages: creation and preliminary development.
